Michelle Cameron

Michelle Cameron is the Vice President and Corporate Controller at TransAlta.

Michelle provides oversight for TransAlta’s Accounting and Financial Compliance functions, including Accounting & Settlements, External Reporting, Tax and Internal Controls.

Michelle joined TransAlta in 2019 as the Manager, Financial Reporting accountable for external reporting, SOX compliance, capital asset teams and technical accounting reviews.

Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership and executive roles within an international real estate investment company and has over 10 years of public practice experience within PwC’s audit practice.
